A run gait analysis allows us to take a close look at a runner’s form to determine imbalances that could cause pain or lead to injury. Using motion-capture technology, we’ll assess a runner’s form frame-by-frame to determine if there are any faulty mechanics, and with that data, we’ll create an individualized program to correct imbalances.
